I think the rigidness is what we're concerned about. Some of the data sets are less reliable than others because it's not the way to collect them in a different environment. We were saying that there might be more flexibility and the way things are measured. There might be some regional things that might be valuable to collect that you don't need to collect everywhere. That would require a little bit of scientific input on what that might be.
