There's so many benefits of exercise period not just the physiological ones but you know from a psychological standpoint too. I'm in line with Peter to his thoughts on zone 2 training but again I think it depends on somebody's goals. Sometimes we just have to set realistic expectations for our clients um and help them develop a solid plan that does a little bit of all elements of health and fitness.
