The Importance of a Soft Landing in the Stock Market

We're looking for 7,000 residential construction jobs every month from here into February, March of next year to hit that 8% drawdown number. Now, again, that assumes that starts back off to like 60,000 units a month. If we stay at these levels, I think that the, like I said, we wouldn't even have a recession on the docket for 2024. That would be really difficult to get to that place. The question you have to ask yourself is, is this a re acceleration? Is this a soft landing? How does this, you know, go from here?
