Are You Using Cohorts in the Sales Team?
I haven't looked at tonic cohorts you know given that in my current role I haven't been here too long. It's been really fun to like be in a role I run revenue enablement not sales enablement where I have in the past and that sales enablement was more sort of like one me to do biz where is now it's focused from you know pre-sales to post-sales. We're rolling out a program right now where we're looking at product usage as an indicator for propensity to buy or strength to renew or expand.
