How Do You Structure Your Master Courses?

Every semester, a student will take a full simester long course that is called a practicum. And so there's learning within that course, but there also are practical pieces that they need to be able to demonstrate by sending video. We assess the video, looking for specific things that they can do that demonstrate how their meeting are standards. So it works really well to do this online. Surprisingly, we do think about in person practical supervision. But with these videos, we have opportunities to go back and look at things and call attention to something that we want the student to see in site.
