It's Not About Money for the Rail Carriers

The rail carriers are making record profits. They have turned the rail system into just a cash machine. The amount of money it would cost them to give workers seven or 15 paid sick days is minuscule in the grand scheme of things compared to the profits that they're generating. It's about control because, and you know, if you had like, it would force these rail carriers to, you know, change their profit maximizing scheme.
