When I made the decision to move from Microsoft to eBay, I was very excited to have the chance to work on commerce. And then scaling all the way down to Glassdoor, when I started Glassdoor, there were roughly 600 employees. Many of those opportunities and doors were open because of my network. It's really continued to be big door openers for me career-wise through my network.
