A Mobility: A Coming of Age Story

A mobility comes out on August 1st that is alarmingly soon. The novel follows this woman, Bunny, as she sort of apothetically moves through a collection of not that fulfilling jobs in her early 20s and then ends up somewhat accidentally working for an oil and gas company. It kind of explores why someone might do that and how certain aspects of identity lead someone to make certain choices about work and ambition. I just started it and it's about kind of like the compromises we make in order to like survive in grad school we'd call it late stage capitalism but we're not allowed to say that.
