Books Are Being Banned, Information Is Being Withheld From Children

This was the first time i had read anything that gave me a perspective into the mind of a pettifile. I think women are much more vocal about these topics now, especially after me too. But in 19 96, it was still seen as somehow being damaged. People felt quite a bit of shame. And yet, we're right at the cusp of an incredible moment where, once again, books are being banned and information is being withheld from children. It's fascinating too, that we're talking about the idea of people, children included, finding their way to the information that they need.
