Training Smarter as a Triathlete

Very few of our athletes do interval training on the track. We're really training smarter as a triathlete. As an individual cyclist or runner, we would be doing same thing. Some people are more susceptible to injury than others and others are bulletproof. This is something that works right across the board. If you are in the one or two percent who can do some more intensity, then that's what you should be doing as well. But, but be aware of the risks involved.
