How to Break Into Security With a Security Degree
Most of us come from that experience where it's like, you know, I got into security and I was passionate. But most of us already also had other jobs in technology. If you see a security role that you want, also apply for that helpdesk role or IT operations role. You're going to be much more successful with a security degree moving from like IT and helpdesk to that security role than you would be if you were coming directly from university or collegeinto that security role.
