How to Make a Change in the Early Career Framework

Teacher type has asked a lot of questions about the early career framework recently essentially because I was everyone I was talking to in schools was telling me interesting things about it. We've not yet released our findings we've done a big thing where we surveyed mentors, leaders and teachers and early career teachers  I think I hope that will be quite interesting for the profession in making a change. Harry tip number three um tip number three is build habits not one off things and concretely it's identifying the lasting changes you want people to make and the support that is needed to make that happen.
