You talked quite a bit about the potential benefits of an IPO, some M&A strategy. When in your opinion does it make sense to stay private? I think some companies actually, and this is basically it. If you're lucky enough to have investors that have deep pockets who believe in the company and are willing to fund that long term,. staying public is much easier because frankly you don't have it to worry about the streets.
