I Think It Depends on How You've Felt in a Group Setting

i feel like there are friends where we've had a lot of one on one time. And then there's friends who we see each other more primarily in a group setting, and i don't talk to them as much. I still feel closer to some people because of the way they've like made me feel in the past, if that makes sense. What you consider a close friend depends on your personality and your personal preferences. There's ways to be in a friend group and only hang out with people in friend group, but still feel close to someone just because of the quality of conversations and hangouts you've had.

kind of reminded me, actually, one plus of like, larger friend groups is that sometimes you do naturally break off and have like, an engaging conversation with someone one on oneduring like the group setting. And then in those instances, to me, that's a little more like one on one verses, like a group setting, i guess, even though it's in a group setting. Hopefully that noya, i get what you mean. Yes, that like, valuable one on one time definitely helps with my personality, counting you as like close to me. U,

i see. I feel like that is a good lipmas test of, like, ok, whereyou can hang out one o one, it won't be wear and there's enough things we've talked about like, kind of hat a personal level before that we can like base off of, or like used as a foundation for our friendship. I think to add on to that, like that level of being comfortable in a one on one setting, i would also say it depends on how that on has made me feel in the past, if that means monts. Because i feel like there are friends where we've had a lot of one on one time, and like we really have fun together in stuff. And then there's friends who we see each other more primarily in a group setting, and i don't talk to them as much, but i still feel closer to some people because of the way they've like made me feel in the past, if that makes sense. So i guess, like, you know, one of course, like what you consider a close friend depends on your personality and your personal preferences. But also, i think i do agree with what you said, like there's ways to be in a friend group and only hang out with people in friend group, but still feel close to someone just because of the quality of conversations and hangouts you've had, even and like, a large group setting.
Speaker 2
Yes, definitly.
