The Hunger of Gold Cliff

Gold cliff is a vacation destination and so when the hunger arrived it caught sunbathers and loungers and partiers completely unaware. We see them all now scattering running through their cramped city streets from their invisible foes. They're ushered like cattle deeper into the city where the local militia shepherd survivors into the sturdy towering walls of the gold cliff trust. This year it survived being assaulted by supernatural vines surely it could stand up to this? In the crowd we see three familiar faces: Hecaba, Mavis and Mookie.
