The Keto Diet
The keto diet is very low carb, less than 50 grams of carbs a day. It was developed in the 1920s as a remedy for epilepsy and it's still used today to control seizures. Each gram of glycogen in your body stores is bound to some experts say three to four grams of water. So when you use up those stores, you lose a bit of water weight super fast.
