Medellinis, sustained muscle activity or fatigue it out with exercise. Reflex wise, throughout all were zero. Mental status was completely normal on an exam. Cranial nerve wise pupils were equal. Her visual fields were full. Sensory wise, in her bilateral lower extremities below the knee, she was diminished to pin prick and temperature,. She had reduced proprioception at her toes. And no extinction, double simultaneous stimulation.
