What's Happening to My GTE Email Account?

The Secret Service gave Brett a cell phone, a way to contact him if they ever needed. It was a basic cricket phone, but since Brett always worked out of the Secret Service office and came to work every day, nobody ever called him on it until one day. And basically what the guy has done is he has seen that some of these email addresses that I'm sending stuff to is secretservice.gov. He's not only doing that, but he's reading my internal email. So he's compromised my GTE email account and has shut me out of it.
