Innovation in the Food Industry

Big food has been around for a while, and the processes that are in place are hard to break. I think big companies really struggle with changing their brands because they're nervous about losing share or consumers not liking it. And so helping our clients think about piloting smaller scale is one of the nicest shifts we've helped some of our clients on.
