The War on Nullification
The argument is that the points we make about it are still the same. They were never refuted. You don't refute arguments through violence. We fight a war over nullification. Jefferson Davis in his farewell address to the Senate criticized nullification because he thought the North was misusing it when it came to fugitive slave law. But the Union is still like the States never exceeded to any change in the definition of the Union. So if the arguments were good then, they're still good today.
