Is There a Feeling of Unicity?
The whole world would be radically different if people were taught that story about their identity from early on. But unfortunately, as you said, we're not taught that story. And many of us have to find it on our own. We have to, through our own spiritual practice, experience that feeling where it is not me and that tree, it is us - although articulated and expressed and manifested differently. You get to this sense of unicity, this felt sense, and then you can forget it, but at least somewhere you know it somewhere.
