What's the Difference Between English and Creole?

Human culture has been the opposite of marginization, writes David Frum. Even when you have situations with the forceful spread of english in cribian colonies, you still see a diversity springing up. If not for the enforcement of language sadenization through the school system, i think we would actually see an even more rapid explosion of linguistic diversity develop out o these creels and dialects. And yet this wis, like, you get cultures that sort of like dofind themselves against each other. They have things that they like and things that they don't like.
