How to Delegate to Engineering
I used to do a lot of culture work and run like bug fix week. But I got ball and told to run a giant organizational effort around sparkle week. This is something I've done before so I feel comfortable doing it, but at the same time I have so much stuff going on. So instead like I offered and to pass this effort to pass leading this effort to a new PM who's never done this before. She's doing a fantastic job and I'm still here like helping and being on the sidelines.
