The Night Before Halloween 1975
The night before Halloween 1975, Martha headed out with her friends Helen Ix, Jeffrey Byrne and a few others. They met 15-year-old Michael Skagel outside the house where they all sat in a car for a while listening to music. And then just a few moments later, Thomas Skagel came out of the party and joined them - which meant that Martha Moxley was sat between brothers Michael and Thomas. The older one immediately began flirting with Martha and put his hand on her leg, to which she said, get your hand off immediately. Despite being a hell under age, unsurprisingly, both of the Skagel boys had been drinking at the Bellhaven Club
