Meditation is a powerful way of learning to experience mindfulness. It's the exercise of learning to be in the moment, observing as they are. We're so easily and naturally distracted that it's hard to learn to focus. So look for your distractions. And then maybe ask yourself, why? What is it about life that iam trying to be distracted from? Why am i being distracted? Then forth, we're gong to let go of all expectations.
