The Problem With Passports and Social Security Numbers
In the States too, can't you file a passport as a state sovereign versus your Social Security number? It's more complex than that. And every state at one point used to have an option that you could exercise if you knew about it. That's all been negated. So no matter where you live in the States, you could be in California. But if you fill out the paperwork, I believe it's Minnesota, then you can do this whole passport option. The last thing you want to do is educate cops. We need numbers of aware people.
