Why the CEO Can't Tamp Down Interior Battles

There is actually way less than there was in the feudal period. The hostilities probably don't even emerge really very much. They're probably to the extent of the CEO ever shows up and visits, you know, the plant or whatever. And presumably that might be just a general pattern. Each person of their own levels try to get away with much as they can, but people higher up or try to limit what they can get away with. Right?
