This week's green announcements from the government have not gone down universally welcomed. One of the things that people don't like, as well as replacing gas boilers with heat pumps, is it idea of green homes having cheaper mortgages. The scheme to make properties energy efficient might actually trap millions ind unsellable homes. So you've got warnings that could be the next cladding scandal. And i think it has the potential.
