The Need for Disclosure
I've been continually disappointed by the industry's inability to put together a disclosure standard. A self regulatory approach wards off later, worse, more onerous, top down regulation. I think it's in everyone interest to actually do something like this. But, a, i've never really seen any disclosure i would describe as like, you know, particularly transparent, odd accompanying, like a togen launch or anything like that.
