How Many Strategy Session Do You Need to Hit Your Target?
If you're doing sas, how many clients? And then what's your average closing ratio for ant appointment? So let's say my goal is to sell six clients a month, and our team is converting at 35%. That tells me i need at least 17 strategy sessions per month. If we have 17 and we close at 35 %, we'll get our six clients. Usually the barometer, the low barometer that you want to be shooting for, is 15 percent.
