Is There a Quality Attribute in a System?

Time to markit, when are we expected to deliver our solution to the first customer? Its cost, how many resources. How many developers can i afford? How many maniaturs? How what kind of effort do i spend for for testing? It's about a roll out schedule. Do i have to be fuol up and running, no failures, no, no box inside for he when i start to enter the market? Or can i afford to have some some box in there and do the final system testing with the customers, as some big softervendors actually try to do?
