Mr. Buffett: If the Dow went down 50%, we would have plenty of interesting things to do. We look at businesses outside this country that are domiciled in Atlanta and Boston. Many don't meet our size requirements, but that's true here too. Mr. Buffett says he has nothing against buying into companies that are domed abroad.
