Swan's Corey Clipson says, It's okay to call it an ETF guys. Securities Act of 1933 filing under Form S1, not Form N1A like 99% of stockETFs will trade on exchange and be redeemable to the issuer way better than GBTC. Some others see this as BlackRock being opportunistic in what they might anticipate as an upcoming loss on the part of the SEC in the Grayscale lawsuit. One question is whether this could actually serve Gary Gensler's purposes.
