Working With a Technical Designer

i would say it's one that has to be kind of like a bit of back and forth. We have an inhouse designed to you but we also do still use a few free lancers. But a lot of the time the ideas come from me. And i just have these really crazy, zany ideas of things i want to do. So basically i would pitch that idea to a technical designer,. They would kind of tell me what's possible in the world of fashion.
