If you're stressed out, try elevating your heart rate for 15 or 20 minutes. It's a keystone behaviour that holds all the other good faviors in place. Your ability to sort of feel the force in your own firm is diminished if you're not feeling well. You want your team members feeling good every day - like floes tdate when people are feeling good. And so it's really monitoring that rhythm around the entire process which can be disrupted by stress.
