What's the Difference Between Chinese and English?
The really interesting thing about decoting is that it doesn't just go from like a symbol to meaning and then understanding. Actually there's this intermediary step of sound. And, ah, this is what makes things really interesting, because some languages ar more phonetic than not. But then you still have words i, you know of, or the or who, which are sight words, and they're not fanetic. You just have to memorize em.
