The Role of Amphipods in Coast Biofouling Communities
Coastal amphipods and isopods are a common part of coastal biofouling communities. We often found them seemingly doing quite well so many individuals they were clearly asexually reproducing. And we also saw evidence of them eating pelagic snails which shows how well they're doing compared to their counterparts actually living on the coast.
