The American Revolution - Why Did You Stick With That Argument?

A number of historians, aa number of prominent historians, have questioned the veracity of that claim. We tend to think about history is being settled right s these facts, this happened on this date, and this is who did it. And for a long time, historians didn't even deal with slavery in a revolution that was largely led by slaveholders. So why did i leave it in there? Because i think it's right.
