The Consequences of Putin's Political Apathy in Russia
There was nothing similar to what we saw in 2016 when there was an attempted coup against President Erdogan in Turkey. You will see a little bit of analysis looking at these social media videos of a few people cheering Wagner, fighters in Rostov and a few people bringing flowers to the people on tanks. I don't think that's true at all. What you're seeing is the consequences of many, many years of very careful cultivation of political apathy in Russia. It tells us something about how power might eventually change hands in Russia.
