The Mistrial of John Green

After john green's defence counsel objected, the judge sustained the objection and declared a mistrial. The reason of such a no no is you can't convict someone because they are bad or they've done bad things before. There has to be evidence for this crime and this crime alone. So that is why the law takes very seriously anything outside of the four walls of evidence in court.
