Stephen Porjos was born in Ukraine and left the country when he was six. His father had severe PTSD from World War II, which led to his mother's suicide during a surgical residency. He started out as a general surgery consultant before moving into pain medicine. After doing Stellig-Gingley block thing for CRPS, it took away cough lashes.
