A super intelligence is something that can beat any human and the entire human civilization at all the cognitive tasks. We have experience with chess engines, where we just can't figure out better moves than they make. A superintelligence is like that with respect to everything, with respect to all of humanity. It is relatively efficient to humanity. Its actions are the most efficient actions for accomplishing its goals. If you think you see a better way to accomplish its goals, you're mistaken. I mean, how would like human beings sort of experience such a superintelligence? Because we've never experienced anything like it before.
