Great Tit Chicks Hatched in Their Nest Boxes in Whitham Woods

Scientists have systematically monitored every great tit chick hatched in their nest boxes here since 19 forty seven. The 75 years that we've been studying the tits here, we've seen quite a marked shift in the timing of egg laying. So they're now laying about three weeks earlier than we were in the 19 forties. That is a big shift. They are just essentially, their little digestive systems just tiny pink i what are they? Mik and yo, sentimetrs long.
