The Theory of Rank Choice Voting

The theory of rank choice voting is that it does make it easy for a more moderate candidate, whether it's moderate and temperate or moderate in ideology, to make it out of a crowded primary. The best and most important way, i think, for voters to feel more engaged in this process, or to feel like the left, very far left, or the very far right has it taken over, is for people to actually show up and vote in regular primaries.
