The federal judiciary is proving to be the best functioning branch of government. The judge walked into an agreement that was quite frankly a giant mess. A federal judge should step in who's sort of the last line of defense here against an injustice or an ambiguity and says, uh-uh, we got to clear up this ambiguity.
