If you're totally financially illiterate. You first of all have no business getting into real estate investing and investing someone else's money, like a partner's money. In my opinion, frankly, i think that's a d diy job for the most part. Exceptions would be if you earned huge amounts of income and you had some catastrophic event,. Like a divorce or something like that happened that wiped out your credit score right? And so but if you're a medium income rurner or a litle bit higher, and you have that credit that's...i think it's a diy fix, in his opinion.
