When is it good time to update and change your buyer persona? I feel like even with like audience research, people's buying motions change all the time. If you haven't done one in three years, I mean, it's just time for everybody. And then also if there's a new campaign going on, if you're about to launch a whole new marketing campaign or an email marketing campaign,. That's kind of what I preach. It might just take you a little bit longer but definitely make sure like I like to preach that should be a continuous process.

95% of companies use buyer personas, but over 77% of those companies never look at them again. But don’t let that fool you into believing they’re useless.
