When the Facts Change

CHAPTER

Introduction

This week on When the Facts Change, I speak to Shane Brelley who is the managing director of Simplicity Living. He's been building houses in New Zealand for decades and has come up with a system which he built with NZ Living. The two-in-three bedrooms apartments will be rented out often at rates cheaper than an old, moldy, leaky home that was built maybe 20, 30, 100 years ago. How does he do it? We're going to unpack that difference between two and a half thousand dollars per square metre and four thousand dollars per sq ft.
