How to Give Hard Feedback to Your Employees

I find that extremely challenging when you get hard feedback about yourself. I've known people for years here and at one point they were a certain way and now they're different. And I think that's happening because that honest feedback we have. The converse that have you had the give hard feedback? Have you avoided giving hard feedback and wish you would have? It's hard. That's when whenever 360s come around, that's when I kind of type it out Because for me it's a little bit easier to give that feedback in writing.
