There are so many variants of the injuring m manager role. The responsibilities can be quite different as well. If you have a tecled that means that the injuring manager can be less hands off, because they have somebody who is guiding and making sure that people are making good decisions. But if you don't have that tetled roll, that kind of gets absorbed by the ene manager. They're playing both hats from that perspective.
